John William Hensell, 55, of Mishawaka, Indiana passed away on Friday, April 15, 2022, in his home. John was born on October 28, 1966 in LaPorte, Indiana. He was currently employed with Quality Aluminum and Steel in Elkhart. He had also been employed with Gibbs Wire and Steel in South Bend. John is survived by his daughter, Stephanie Wells of South Bend, Indiana; his son, John Joseph Hensell of Newfoundland, Canada; three grandchildren, Austin, Tanis and Everely; his father, Phillip Hensell of New Carlisle, Indiana; his mother and her husband, Barbara (Larry) Poehlman of Cassopolis, Michigan; his sister, Tracy Hensell of South Bend, Indiana; and his brother, Tom (Shaunna) Hensell of Elkhart, Indiana. John was preceded in death by his grandparents John and Phyllis Hensell.
