Those left to honor Tom’s memory are his daughter, Katy Kimbell of Stockholm, Sweden; 2 sons, J.T. Kimbell and Evan Kimbell, both of Newton, Iowa; and his 2 grandchildren, Aston and Lea of Stockholm, Sweden.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry T. and Katy (Smith) Kimbell and a brother, Ty.
Tom graduated from the Unvirsity of Colorado in Boulder with a degree in Engineering.
He was a professional skier, excelling in both downhill and NASTAR ski racing.
