John Charles Taylor a.k.a. Chuck, Big DaddyHusband, dad, granddad, brother, brother-in-law, uncle & friend to all, joined our Heavenly Father on December 6. He was a graduate of St. Mary’s University and a member of Rho Beta Gamma. He started his career as a paper boy at age 11. He was salesman of the year in 1970 when he worked for Johnson & Johnson. In 1976 he was elected president of Sunshine Nut Co. After retiring in 1999, he worked for our Lord as a “Fisher of Men” and was active in Emmaus, Kairos, Stephen”s Ministry, and God”s Community. He started and participated in many men”s groups. He most enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.Chuck was born January 22, 1946 to Jack & Kitty Taylor in San Antonio. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Susan, sons John Jr., Christopher, & Jeffrey and their wives Stephanie, Holly & Leslie and 9 grandchildren ” John Taylor III., Kendall, Brennan, Brittany, Zachary, Jordan, Trevor, Jack & Emery. Chuck is also survived by his sister Kay Hays and husband Ken. Brother Steve Taylor and wife Genie. Sister Susan Facile and husband David. And many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.
