Huiskamp, John Strate (Jack) of Scottsdale, AZ passed away August 10, 2010 with his daughters at his side. Son of Nadine and William Logan Huiskamp, he was born on April 30, 1939 in Iowa. A graduate of Keokuk High School, Jack attended Princeton University (1961) where he captained the golf team. He earned his law degree from Duke University and then practiced primarily in San Diego where he was a well-respected trial lawyer. An avid golfer, Jack retired to Scottsdale in 1999.
