John Robert Watts, 84, of Peru, died at 11:34 AM August 28, 2016 in Heritage Health Care in Peru.
Mr. Watts was born in Teaneck, N.J. on June 26, 1932 to John and Bertha (Dudas) Watts. He married Eileen Watts on July 9, 1982. Mr. Watts served with the US Army from 1952 until 1954. He retired as a Manufacturing Consultant. He enjoyed woodworking and remodeling old homes. He loved politics.
Mr. Watts is survived by his wife Eileen of Peru; three daughters, Doreen Scheulin of Mokena, Dawn (Jim) Ramsden of California and Denna (Dr. Joel) Leifheit of La Salle; one son, Phillip (Trisha) Stefanich of Orland Park; ten grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, one brother William and one sister Ruth.
