John Robert Dixon, 55 of Clarksburg passed away on Friday, June 16, 2017 at his residence. He was born September 28, 1961 in Clarksburg, son of Patty Jean Kerns Dixon, Clarksburg and the late Robert Lee Dixon. John worked as a mason for many years. He loved fishing, collecting guns, watching TV and spending time and helping with his mother. In addition to his mother, he is survived by a half-brother, Jason Dixon and companion Heidi Heflin, Clarksburg, nephew, Daniel Dixon; several cousins. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by several aunts and uncles.
