Gladstone, MIJohn “Les” Leslie Randell passed away peacefully at home on November 26, 2016.
Les was born February 2, 1932 in Laurium, MI the son of William and Helen (Kumlin) Randell. He graduated from Calumet High School and he received his B.S. Aeronautical Engineering degree from Northrop Aeronautical University. He helped put the first man on the moon.
He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Colleen (Collins) Randell, one daughter, Linda (Lee) Spaude, three sons, Leslie Randell, David Randell and Dean (Laura) Randell.
He also leaves behind nine grandchildren, five great grandchildren, one brother, Edward Randell, two sisters, June (Ray) Strobel and Donna May Renn.
Les was loved very much by his family and friends and will be greatly missed.
