John Richard Chamberlain, 51 yrs., was born September 8, 1962 to Richard and Juanita Chamberlain at the Lucas County Hospital.

Graduated from Chariton High School in 1980 and received a degree from the University of Missouri with a major in Broadcasting. John worked as a host and waiter in the finest restaurants in St. Louis, MO, New York City, Atlanta, Georgia, Des Moines, IA and in Fort Lauderdale, Florida where he modeled as well as in Las Vegas, Nevada.

John went to the hospital with Gastroenteritis perforation, which burst and spread septic infection throughout his body. After twelve days in the Critical Care Unit, we had to let him go on Saturday, January 4, 2014.

He was preceded in death by both sets of grandparents; his father, Richard Chamberlain; his brother, Bobby Clark; his cousin, Donna Sue Askren; and his uncles, Jim Askren and Paul Curtis.

John is survived by his mother, Juanita Chamberlain; his Sisters, Cindy Clark and Terri Clark; brothers, Pat (Terry Ann) Clark, Gary (Deana) Chamberlain, and Steven (Marla) Chamberlain; Aunts and Uncles, Deloris Curtis, Betty (Duane) Stoll, Nancy Askren, Uncle Charles (Joyce) Grove, Larry (Evelyn) Grove, Uncles, Gary (J.R.) Chamberlain and Carroll (Mary Dee) Chamberlain, and Aunt Barb Pyle; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

John served as Class President, Student Courts, won at many speech contests, and was a cheerleader when he attended the University of Missouri. He was loved by so many. We will always love and miss you forever.
