John Paul Wagner, 87, of Franklin, died on Friday, January 20, 2017, in Franklin. He was born April 19, 1929, in Indianapolis, to his parents Louis H. and Mabel J. (Garriott) Wagner. He was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.
He was a twenty year veteran of the United Sates Airforce, as well as a twenty year lathe operator specialist for Allison Gas Turbine. He was loved by all and will be greatly missed.
John is survived by his wife, Donna Wagner of Franklin, six children: daughter, Deborah (Roy) Holdman, son, Paul Wagner, step-children, Barbara Anderson, Debbie Ashley, Mike Ashley, and Rusty Ashley, a sister, Judith Anderson, four grandchildren, and six step-grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and one step-great-grandchild..
