John Marston Evans III, age 52 of Tuscaloosa passed away January 25, 2018 in Tuscaloosa. Services will be Monday, January 29, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Spirit Catholic Church with Fr.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Dave and Viola Westmoreland and his paternal grandparents, John Marston Evans Sr. and Rosemary Evans Dempsey.
Survivors include his sister, Paula Evans (Lisa Muncher); brother, David Neal Evans; and his parents, John Marston Evans Jr. and Lodema Westmoreland Evans.
Marston was a graduate of Eufaula High School and later attended Troy State University and the University of Alabama. He served in the Navy on the U.S.S. Canisteo. He enjoyed playing cards and dominos with his friends but what he enjoyed the most was working and building his own retail business, Evans Leather.
