John L. Turner, 79, of Palmetto died Thursday, December 8, 2011. He was born November 20, 1932 in London, England to the late William Turner & Dorothy Lethbridge Turner.
Mr. Turner grew up in England and served as a M.P. in the British Royal Army from 1951-1953. In 1968, he took a job in Chicago, IL and moved his family to the U.S. where he later became a citizen. His job took him to many countries, in addition to the U.K. and the U.S., he lived in Hong Kong & Germany.
