John James “Jamie” Jansen, 81, of Manassas, VA, passed away Saturday, March 24, 2018 at the Adler Center for Caring in Aldie, VA. John retired from the U.S. Navy after 20 years of service to his country. He is preceded in death by his parents, John Henry Jansen and Pearl Kathryn Jansen (nee Dayson). Survivors include his loving wife of 39 years, Jeannie P. Jansen, children; Kathi Jansen (Joe), Julia Brizendine (Don), Jeff Jansen (Karen), Judy Wiles (Roy) and Jimmy Jansen (Dawn). Grandchildren; Jacob Jansen, Sarah Boretos, Joey Jansen, Brian Wiles, Jamie Jansen, Melissa Wiles, Kyle Jansen, Kayleigh Jansen and Danielle Jansen. Great grandchildren; Madelyn and Amelia Boretos, Savannah Jansen and Levy Jansen and one on the way.
