Mr. Moskalewicz is survived by his wife Avalonne of La Salle; two sons, Dr. Tom (Nina) Moskalewicz of Pittsfield, ME and Jim (Amy) Moskalewicz of La Salle; one daughter Sue (Rick) Hubbard of Chico, CA; twelve grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one daughter Nancy Roller.
