Dutch1946~2020John Phillip (“Jack”) Dutch died peacefully at his home in Essington, on June 10, 2020 after a long and difficult illness. Jack was predeceased by his parents Frank and Viola Mae (nee Kilian). Survived by his wife of 49 years, Nancy (nee Boch), his 3 daughters Sharon Cotter (John), Marilyn Collins (Michael) and Jacqueline as well as his 4 grandchildren Harry, Archie, Joseph and Joseline. Jack also leaves his 2 brothers, known as “The Knuckleheads”, Frank (Linda) and Joe (Donna), and was Uncle Jack to several nieces and grew up in the Eastwick section of Philadelphia, went to St. Raphael’s grade school and was a 1964 graduate of West Catholic. Jack loved reading, visiting Cape May, celebrating birthdays and holidays, handing out Christmas presents and cheering on all the kids at their sporting events, even if he did not know anything about the sport. Jack was always ready to help anyone and made friends easily wherever he went. His dreams about winning the lottery were dominated by the money he would give other people, and he affectionately referred to the nurses who helped him over the years as “his girls.” Services and Inurnment are .
