John J. Radziminski, 68, of Union Pier, Michigan died Monday, March 23, 2015 at his home. John was born in Lippstadt, Germany in 1947. His family emigrated to the United States, settling in Chicago, where John grew up.
John married Pearl in 1968 and later moved to California where they raised their two children, Rachel and Jordan. John later made his home in Union Pier where his parents, Joseph and Marianna, had retired several decades earlier, and enjoyed frequent visits from his aunt Paula Reszke and her sons, Ted, Stanley and Michael, from Illinois.John was a life-long musician and talented artist.
He wrote numerous songs as well as a screenplay about life-changing encounters with a modern-day Jesus. John was also a skilled carpenter, a business man and jack-of-all trades. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, working in the garage and “talking shop” with his cousins and friends. His children were the apple of his eye.Survivors include his wife, Pearl; daughter, Rachel Corcoran and her husband Kevin; and son Jordan Radziminski.
