John J. Kozak, age 86, late of South Holland, IL, passed away Tuesday, December 25, 2012. Beloved husband of 65 years of Jean M. Kozak. Loving father of Wayne (Janet) Kozak, and Cindy (Roy) Rick. Cherished grandfather of Brian and Kevin Kozak.
Dear brother of Stan (late Irene) Kozak and the late Mary, Edward, Victoria, and Chester. Fond brother-in-law of Arthur. Kind uncle of many nieces, nephews, and godfather to several special people.
Preceded in death by his parents Anna and Frank Kozak. John enjoyed woodworking, golfing, fishing, gardening and seeking out good deals at garage sales. John also enjoyed donating baby clothing to the Women”s Center at Our Lady of Knock Church. Above all else, John enjoyed spending time with his family.
