John J. Jennings IV
, 42, of Harrison passed away suddenly on Sunday August 23rd, 2009 in the Clara Maass Medical Center in Belleville.
John was born in Orange and lived in North Arlington until moving to Harrison 7 years ago. He was a graduate of North Arlington High School, class of 1985.
He was employed as a truck driver for J. Supor and Son Trucking and Rigging Co. of Kearny for 15 years. He was a member of Teamsters Union Local #11 of North Haledon.
He is survived by his daughter Carly Rose Jennings, his mother Florence H. (Blackney), two sisters Noreen Desbiens and her husband Jim, Meg Padovani and her husband Ron. One brother Christopher Jennings and his wife Andrea (Sprague). He was the uncle of Kaitlin, Jimmy, and Hailey Desbiens, Alyssa and Jillian Padovani and Dillon and Mackenzie Jennings. He was the nephew of Edward and Jill Galante, and Jack and Ginny Blackney. He was predeceased by his father John Jennings, III in 1990.
