John Huzyk, 91, of Malden St., West Haven passed away peacefully at home after a brief illness on June 17, 2011. Born in Ukraine and then immigrated to the United States in 1950. Loving husband of 65 years of the late Wasylyna “Lena” Huzyk. Beloved father of Walter (Sandra) Huzyk of Branford, William (Leslie) Huzyk of Ill, Maria Goncalves and Peter Huzyk both of WA, and Christine (Greg) Hauser of Orange. He is also survived by and will be greatly missed by his 8 grandchildren: Melanie, Kalynna and Luke Hauser, Stephen and Bruce Huzyk, Jenna Goncalves, Shelby DeVellis and Sonya Aguirre, and his 10 great grandchildren.
