Mr. John H. “Jack” Hamilton
, 84, died Thursday May 27, 2011 in the Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune.
Jack was born in Kearny where he lived for many years before moving to Belmar in 1989. He served in the Army during World War II. He was employed as a carpenter for E.I. DuPont & Co. in Newark for 42 years before retiring 22 years ago. He was a member of the Kearny Basketball Alumni Association.
Jack is survived by his long time companion, Madeline C. Dowgalia.
