John G. Cable, age 71 of Midland, passed away on Sunday morning July 22, 2018 at his residence.
The son of the late William O. and Ruth A. (Seagraves) Cable was born in Sidney Australia on March 10, 1947. John served in the United States Navy for over 27 years during the Vietnam War and Desert Storm. He was a member of the V.F.W., P.L.A.V. in Bay City and the Wenona Lodge of the Free and Accepted Mason.
Surviving is his wife of 14 years the former Marsha J. Martin of whom he married on May 4, 2004; son, Sean Barnett, Mark Cable, Nick (Shelly) Martin; daughters, Laura Menecke, Becky (Jeremy) Mallory, Jennifer (David) Ostermann, Sarah (Bradley) Stewart; many grandchildren.
