John Ernest Rebrook, Sr., 68, of Clarksburg passed away Friday, January 3, 2014 at United Hospital Center. John was born March 6, 1945 in Clarksburg; son of the late Orin and Greta Moore Rebrook. John is survived by two children, John Ernest Jr. and wife, Joan Rebrook of Philippi,WV and one daughter Kimberly Sue Ward and husband, Rick Ward of Cleveland, OH; seven grandchildren; several great grandchildren. He is survived by four brothers, Terry Rebrook of Clarksburg, Carl Rebrook of Mt. Olive, Darmin Rebrook of Bainbridge, GA, and Rodney Rebrook of Clarksburg; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Kay Jones Rebrook; brother, Nathan Rebrook; and one sister Patricia Swiger. He loved cars, tinkering outdoors, nature, country western movies, hiking, woods and trails. Cremation has taken place.
