Casey John F. (Jack)
Born July 13, 1930 in New York City, Jack passed away peacefully on May 22, 2011 after a long illness. Jack, who moved his family to Arizona in 1977 from upstate New York, was an avid, lifelong sports fan of all New York and Arizona teams. Jack enjoyed a good hand of poker, a good game of pool, dancing and music, especially Irish music. He very much enjoyed political discussions and once ran for public office in his home district in Scottsdale. Jack will mostly be remembered for his quick wit and keen sense of humor. He was happiest in the company of his family and friends. Jack was predeceased by his son Brian and daughter Erin along with his parents Michael and Margaret. He is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years, Claire, his daughter Doreen (Patrick) Brown, sons’ Shawn and Patrick, grandchildren Timothy, Meghan, Nancine, Megan, Kellie and great-grandchildren Danny and Attison.
