John Anthony Leone, life-long resident of Jeffries Point, East Boston, passed away at his home peacefully surrounded by his loving family on September 25th at the age of 92.
John was born in East Boston on November 18,1928 to Rafael and Antoinetta (Spano) Leone.
Beloved husband of Anna (Navarra) Leone.
Devoted father of Joseph Leone and his wife Jamuna of Medford, Rocco Leone and his wife Camelia of Newton, Annette Leone of East Boston, Clementina Leone of Revere and Angela Hannigan and her husband Robert of Westborough.
Dear brother of Frank Leone and his late wife Rose and the late Pasquale Leone and his surviving wife Joan, Mildred Pirone and her late husband Frank and Clementina Cornetta and her surviving husband Frederick.
Cherished grandfather of Elizabeth, Ana-Maria and Joseph Leone, John and Ava Hannigan.
Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
John was a late Army Veteran Korean Conflict. John worked two jobs all of his life, his primary job being a Metal Stock Clerk at Draper Laboratories.
