John was an insurance agent with Prudential having previously owned & operated the former J-Lin Shoe Center in East Haven. Earlier he had owned & operated with his father & brother the former Everybody’s Market. John served in the US Army during WWII , belonged to the DAV and was a former East Haven Police Commissioner.
