John A. Campbell, 65, Vevay, passed away November 3, 2010 at I.U. Medical Center-Indianapolis after a brief illness.
He was born March 13, 1945 in Muncie, Indiana, and resided in Vevay, Indiana. John served his country in the US Navy. He retired from Delco Remy Division of General Motors after 30 years of service. He was a member of the American Legion Post #0009 in Madison; Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #765 in Madison the Benevolent Protective Order of the Elks Lodge in Madison.
He is survived by his daughters, Lisa Minnick of Alexandria and Ericka Schmidt David of Alexandria; brother, Gene Nell Campbell of Anderson; sister, Rosie Steigerwalt Steve of Anderson; three grandchildren, Aaron Minnick, Kevin and Eric Schmidt and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Philip & Florence Rediker Campbell and wife, Vickie Potter Campbell.
