Joel T. Oaks, 69, of Bristol, passed away Monday, Feb. 20, at the Elkhart Hospice House.
He was born July 3, 1947, in Randolph County, Ind., to the late John Joel and Martha Jane (Hamilton) Oaks.
He is survived by all his caregivers, friends and family at ADEC where he was a longtime resident.
