Joe Allen Sullivan, age 90 of Madison, passed away Friday. A veteran of the navy he traveled all over Asia, beginning in 1963 before coming to Huntsville from Birmingham where the Redstone Arsenal was Booming. He owned a carpet company, Alabama Flooring and Tile Co. He married Ellen Creel in 1962. They had 59 years of a wonderful marriage producing 2 sons Eric in 1964 and Joel in 1966, Eric today resides in Hartselle with his wife Cherie and Joel resides in Huntsville with his wife Cherri. In 1970 he opened up Sullivan advertising which is still going strong today and is family owned and operated. He loved watching Alabama football and going to church at East Huntsville Baptist church, where he was a faithful Member He was a wonderful husband and father, and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him Thank you everyone for all your wishes and prayers
