Joanne “Jody” L. (DiBiasi) Negri, 67, of Newington, passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2022. She was the beloved wife of William “Bill” Goff for 10 years. Born in Hartford, daughter of the late Anthony and Josephine (Cicoria) DiBiasi, she was a longtime Newington resident. Jody loved animals, enjoyed going out to dinner with her husband Bill, and spending time outdoors at fairs and picnics. Along with her husband, she leaves her daughter Heather Bowler and her husband Gareth of Raleigh, NC, her stepdaughter, Cindy Jones of Newington, her stepson, William C. Goff, Jr. and his wife Amy Mulé of Manchester, her step grandchildren, Lila Goff, Matthew Jones and his wife Liz and Michael Jones, and her step great granddaughter Aurora Jones. She also leaves her sister-in-law Alberta DiBiasi, her nephew Nicholas DiBiasi, her niece Tamra DiBiasi, her cousins and their families, Ronnie Vargas, whom was also her Godmother, Laurie Ingersoll and Michelle DeCampos. She was predeceased by her two brothers, Mark and Tony “Butch” DiBiasi.
