Joan Vendetti, 95, of West Haven passed away on June 9, 2011. Wife of the late Morgan Vendetti. Mother of Nancy (Vincent) Falcone of Hamden and Morgan J. (Carmen Young) Vendetti of Dover, NH. She is also survived by her grandchildren Vincent P. (Mary) Falcone, Jennifer (Kirby Drumm) Vendetti, Alyce (Aleksandar Cirovic) Vendetti, Amy Young-White, and Matthew (Christy) Young, her great grandchildren Aleksandra and Elisabetta Cirovic, Amanda White, and Cedric, Kincaid, and Woodson Young, her sisters Carmel Lombardozzi of West Haven, Gloria Farina of FL, and her brother Dino Fuoco of New Haven. She was predeceased by her brothers Michael, Albert and Armand Fuoco, Salvatore and Frank Amatruda and her sister Nancy Vozza . For over 45 years Joan was owner and operator of Swift & Morgan Cleaners, until its sale. She then worked for McDonald’s for an additional 10 years.
