On Friday, December 11, 2015, Joan M. Sperdini, 83, passed away peacefully at St. Francis Hospital with her loving family at her side. Born in the Bronx, NY, on March 18, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Gustave & Anna Manning. She was a resident of Wethersfield since 1971, was a member of Corpus Christi Church and was employed in the business office at Wethersfield Country Club for many years. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Peter J. Sperdini. She is survived by her two loving daughters; Janet Nahorney and husband Dan and Susan Couture and her husband Henry “Chip”, all of Newington, four cherished grandchildren, Elizabeth, Kristen, Nicole, and Stephen, a beloved sister-in-law, Mary DeMasi of Bronx, NY, and many loved nieces and nephews.
