Joan M. Skibitski, 86, of Bethlehem passed away at her home on December 5, 2020. She was the widow of Leonard Skibitski. Born in Throop she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Mabel (Sargent) Martin. After graduating from Throop High School, she attended a felt and tarrant comptometer school. She worked for Bethlehem Fabricators for 21 years before working in retail at Ess Bees and eventually working in the Bethlehem Vo Tech cafeteria until she retired. Joan’s prize possession were her dogs especially her Itsy Bitsy.
Survivors: Joan is survived by her niece, Sharyn Brase. Joan was blessed with wonderful neighbors and friends. She was predeceased by her son, Gary Warney and brother, Thomas Martin, Jr.
