Joan Laura Repak (nee Oleski), 76, of Toms River, NJ, died Saturday, July 2, 2011 at Jersey Shore Medical Center. Born in Linden, NJ, she has lived in Toms River since 1969.
She was a parishioner of St. Joseph RC Church, Toms River. Joan was an avid gardener and she loved the beach, long walks on the boardwalk and trips to the Lake George area and Vermont. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph Scocozza in 2007 and her niece Deborah Roehm.
Surviving are her children Peter Repak of Beachwood, NJ, Cindy Schlatterer and her husband Brian of Pine Beach, NJ, Mark Repak and his wife Angela of VA, Andrew Repak and his wife Linda of Bridgewater, NJ; 6 grandchildren Bob, Jessica, Andrew, Mitchell, Brittany and Natalie; her sister Constance Lyons and her husband Jack of Bridgewater, NJ and nieces, a nephew and their children. She is also survived by her loving partner Werner Issendorf of Toms River.
