Joan Alice McCahill, 75, died on June 22, 2020 at Ocala Regional Medical Center due to complications of a stroke. She leaves behind her husband of Fifty two years, James “Skip” McCahill, Jr.; her daughter, Barbara Ann Chidsey, son-in-law John Chidsey, her grandchildren, Danny and Christopher; and her brother, Eugene Labounty. Joan entered this earthly realm on February 19, 1945 in Manchester, CT to Delphis D. Labounty and Minerva F. Chappell. She graduated from St. Johnsbury Academy in St. Johnsbury, VT. Joan retired from ABB in Windsor, CT and then moved to Dunnellon in 1999 to enjoy the Florida Sunshine.
