Jimmie C. Ricketts, 85, passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at his house in the Winn Community. He was a native of Clarke County, AL and a resident of Jackson, AL. Jimmie was a member of First Baptist Church Jackson. In the past he taught the boys youth Sunday School Class. He graduated from Clarke County High School in 1954 where he was active in basketball and football. Jimmie was an Auburn University graduate where he was a member of their first National Championship winning team. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing but fishing was his favorite. Jimmie had a great sense of “Dry Humor”. He will be sadly missed by all who loved and knew him.
