Jill Anne Schleimer Morales, age 55, of Sarasota, FL, formerly of Salem, Ohio, died Saturday, November 2, 2013 while visiting Mexico. She was born September 5, 1958, in Cleveland, Ohio, a daughter of Betty Jane Schleimer Maly and the late Joseph Arthur Schleimer. Jill was a 1976 graduate of Salem High School, attended Purdue University and graduated in 1982 from Kent State University with BS degree in Business and Marketing. She had been employed in both the restaurant and mortgage fields. She loved dancing, especially ballroom dancing and was involved in many dance competitions. She also enjoyed watching the latest movies and most of all loved visiting with family and friends. A Lutheran by faith, Jill attended Saviour Lutheran Church in Sarasota. Her father, Joseph Schleimer and brother-in-law, Bob Blankenship preceded her in death. Her husband, Demetrio Morales, whom she married in 2000, survives her; along with her mother, Betty Schleimer Maly of Salem, OH; a sister, Deb Blankenship of Jackson, Michigan and niece, Mollie Blankenship of Jackson, MI; mother & father in-law, Felix Morales Cortes and Asuncion Nicolas Quiroz; brother and sister-in-law, Angel E. Morales Nicolas and Fabiola R. Lopez Sanchez, and nephews, Steffan Valentin Morales, Gilberto Antuan Morales and Jean de Jesus Morales; sister & brother-in-law, Laura Alicia Morales N. and Juventino Erasmo Nicolas and nephew Axel Nicolas Morales; brother and sister-in-law, Ernesto Leonardo Morales, Beatriz Villarreal V. and nephews, Leonardo Javier Morales and Fernando Morales; sister and brother-in-law, Martina Adela Morales N. and Daniel Erasmo Coria V. and niece Daniela Monserrat Coria and nephew, Sebastian Coria.
