Jewell Othella Dickerson Arrowood, age 94, of Lakemont, Georgia passed away on January 3, 2022.
Jewell was born the daughter of the late Ed Dickerson and the late Alma Ramey Dickerson on August 20, 1927.
Jewell was a genuine jewel and a blessing to all. She had a brave heart of love, kindness and compassion for her family and many friends, including her students. She will be greatly missed by all who loved and cherished her. She never spoke an ill word towards or about anyone.
In addition to her parents, she was proceeded in death by her husband, Edwin Kendall Arrowood; her brothers, Lynn Dickerson, Grant Dickerson, Tim Dickerson, Donald Dickerson, Kyle Dickerson, her twin Kenneth Dickerson, Wayne Dickerson.
Her survivors include her son, James “Jimmy” Arrowood, of Gainesville, Georgia; her daughter, Kay Arrowood, of Lakemont, Georgia; one brother, Marcel Dickerson, of Rabun Gap; two sisters, Ruth Williams, of Rabun Gap and Irma Loupe, of Norcross, Georgia; two sisters-in-law, Patti Dickerson and Harlene Watts Dickerson.
