Beloved husband, father, and grandfather, Jesus Barreto also known as John or Johnny went to rest on August 25th, awaiting for the resurrection day, when Jesus returns.
He was born on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico and lived in Florida for the past 18 years.
John had shared his life with his beloved wife Amada for the past 35 years.
In addition to his faithful wife, John is survived by his daughter Mayra (whom he called “Mi Nena”), his son-in-law Obeth, and his two precious grandsons Karlos & Kalil (who called him “Abuelo”). He is also survived by; his biological daughter Marilyn, granddaughters Chelsea and Alysia, a great grandchild, his brothers , Virgilio and Roberto, and sisters, Carmen and Nellie. He will also be lovingly remembered by his spiritual children; Galina, Inessa, Mike, and Mario ( who called him “Papa John”) and his spiritual grandchildren, Julian and Liam (who called him “Apa”).
While the pain is seemingly too great to bare, our trust and hope remains in the Lord, our Saviour.
