Jessie Veda Crumb, 77, of 3561 Lee Ford Camp Road, Ridgeway, VA died Thursday, June 30, 2011 at her home. She was born on January 28, 1934 in Indiana to the late Robert Proud and Ellen Proud. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother and one sister. Mrs. Crumb was of the Baptist faith. She was a school bus driver for the Henry County School System. Surviving are her husband, Donald Crumb of the home; son, Howard Bruster of Ridgeway, VA; sister, Leslie Howie of Michigan and several nieces and nephews.
