Age 81, of West St. Paul
Preceded in death by parents, Paul and Edna Briggs; brothers, Asa Briggs and Paul Briggs, Jr. Survived by daughter, MaryAnn Schreifels (Bob Liggitt); grandson, Bill (C.J.) Schreifels; great-grandchildren, Arianna Sexton and Casey Schreifels; sister, Florence Harp. Jessie was a dedicated nurse at St. Paul Children’s Hospital for 36 years. Then she volunteered at the V.A. Hospital for more than 10 years. She was well loved and will be missed.
