Jessica Ann Frazer, 25, died Wednesday Sept. 16, 2015 in Indianapolis. She was a resident of Franklin.
She enjoyed writing, reading, doing hair and makeup. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Jessica was very outgoing, fun to be with and cared about others.
Jessica is survived by her father, Steven (Gena) Frazer of Franklin, mother, Laurie Duryee of Indianapolis, sister, Olivia Frazer of Frankin, brother, Jeremy Frazer of Whiteland, grandparents, Wayne Duryee and Marian Duryee both of Iowa and Lynn Swanagan of Franklin.
