Jerry Whiteside, Jr., 46 of Middletown, Indiana, died March 25, 2012 at St. Johns Health Systems. He was born August 7, 1965 in Franklin, Indiana, and resided in Middletown.
Jerry had lived in this area and the surrounding area for 20 years.
Jerry is survived by his parents, Pamela Byard Ward Raymond of Ocala, Florida and Jerry Lee Marilyn Whiteside of Greenwood. His brothers, Robert Angela Whiteside of Greenwood, Donald Bridgette Ward of Indianapolis, Christopher Jennifer Whiteside of Wesley Chapel, Florida and Robby Whiteside of Arvada, Colorado. One sister, Dawn Mike Taylor Whiteside of Indianapolis, Indiana and several nieces & nephews.
Jerry was preceded in death by his grandparents, Doris and Gray Whiteside & Helen and Eugene Byard.
