Jerry Wayne Moschler went to be with his Lord Savior on July 23, 2011 at Danville Regional Medical Center. \r\r Born on October 26, 1948 to the late Claiborne and Gladys McDaniel Moschler, He lived most of his childhood years through adulthood with his grandparents, the late Joel and Mattie McDaniel whom he dearly loved. \r\r He graduated from Tunstall High School and furthered his studies at Danville Community College. \r\r As a teenager he kept busy assisting on the family farm and doing public work through his school years. Upon completing his studies at DCC, he accepted a position with Dan River Mills, Inc. where he worked his way up into a supervisory position. \r\r Mr. Moschler had worked with the late Nannie Clifton, who was a noted florist in her time, and while still employed with Dan River Mills, he along with his good friend Charles Williams came together, and working from his grandmothers back porch freezer top created the beginnings of M W Flower Shop which located to Chatham 39 Years ago.
