Jerry Lynn McMullin, 89, of Ammon, passed away February 25, 2016, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
Jerry was born May 12, 1926, in San Bernardino, California, to Robert Harold McMullin and Mildred Phyllis Weber McMullin. He grew up and attended schools in Ingelwood and graduated from Inglewood High School. He also attended Aviation School in Santa Maria, California.
In his early career he was a crop duster in Arizona, and Central America, and subsequently became a corporate pilot and helicopter pilot.
On April 18, 1975, he married Helen Lindsley in Las Vegas, Nevada. Jerry and Helen made their home in Ammon, Idaho, where Jerry worked as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic for a construction company.
Jerry served during World War II in the US Navy for three years as an aviation machinist mate.
