Jerry Odus Liles July 2, 1943 – March 26, 2015
Jerry Odus Liles, 71, of Drasco, Arkansas, went home to be with the Lord Thursday, March 26, 2015. He was born July 2, 1943 in Heber Springs to Odus and Eileen Liles. Jerry was among the founding members of the Drasco Fire Department, where he served as fire chief for over thirty years. He also owned and operated Jerry’s Place in Drasco for over thirty years until his retirement in 2009.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers: Carthalee Liles and Tommy Liles.
Jerry is survived by his wife of fifty-five years, Norma Liles; three children: Cindy (Delvin) Smith, Paula (Eric) Partain, and Steve (Rochelle) Liles; four grandchildren: Sara (Jonathan) Eggerman, Chad Smith, Alan (Micayla) Partain, and Nicole Partain; twelve great-grandchildren; four siblings: Bonna Hirsch, Rev. Johnny Liles, Rodger Liles, and Patsy Grady; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
