Jerry Len ShrumAge 64 of Owosso passed away Thursday, August 11, 2022 at his home.Funeral services will be held 1:30pm, Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at Nelson-House Funeral Home with Pastor Marlene Webster officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 12pm until the time of service.Jerry was born May 7, 1958 in Flint, the son of Ben and Linda (Crenshaw) Shrum and attended Ovid-Elsie High School.Jerry was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed wood burning, hunting and fishing. He had a love for all animals, collecting ducks, models and working on cars.Jerry was employed through the years with Michigan Brick and Owosso Stock Yard.Jerry is survived by his daughters Jeanne Pahl (Wayne Cook) and Claudia Shrum; grandchildren Isabelle and Jerry Pahl; sister Caron (Roger) Sutliff; brother Danny Shrum; many nieces, nephews and other family and friends.He was predeceased by his parents and brother Allen.Memorial contributions are suggested to the family.
