Jerry Dwin Morris, age 77, of Heber Springs passed away Friday, March 20th at his home surrounded by his family. He was born in Turrell, Arkansas on October 20, 1937 to the late Ruth and B.E. Stacks.
Jerry was a veteran who served as a Navy corpsman. He was a lover of books and music, and was well-known for his BBQ and cooking skills. He is survived by his children: Zachary Morris, Zane Morris, Jeri and Donnie Archer, and Lisa and Clark Davis; grandchildren: Tye, Brandi, and Corey Copeland, Rachel Morris, and Kevin and Matthew Byers; many great-grandchildren; his sister, Sally and Bob Brown; brother, Dickie and Mary Hopper; nephew, John Fulghum; and the mother of his children, Julia Morris.
