Jerry Edward “Bo Jack” Carswell, 75, of Lake City, Florida, passed away suddenly on April 2nd, 2011. He was born on March 15th, 1936, in Ozark, Alabama, the son of late Louise and Julian Carswell. He was the youngest of three siblings. He graduated from Clay County High School and attended South Georgia College. He moved to Lake City from Green Cove Springs in 1961. Jerry was co-owner of Carswell Timber Company for 53 years.
