Jerry is survived by his son, Jerry Blaine “JB” Forinash, Jr. & his wife, Jody of Nutter Fort, WV; two grandchildren, Bromley and Brevin Forinash; eight siblings, Dorothy Westfall of Stonewood, WV, Gordon E. Forinash, Jr. & his wife, Lois of Mt Clare, WV, Caroleen Roe & her husband, Roger of Stonewood, WV, Gary O. Forinash & his wife, Pam of Stonewood, WV, Lois Bailey & her husband, Harry of Bridgeport, WV, Diane Barnard of Nutter Fort, WV, Mark L. Forinash of Sarasota, Florida and Lisa Weir & her husband, Craig of St Petersburg, Florida; a sister-in-law, Connie Forinash of Clarksburg, WV; many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by two brothers, Colin Lee Forinash and Rodney B. Forinash.
