Jeremy “Jer” David Lodwig passed away Wednesday, July 14th, 2021 at the age of 33. He was born in Ft. Morgan, Colorado on June 29th, 1988. He is survived by his parents Brent and Amy in Littleton; his brother in law and sister, Brent Lange and Melissa “Missy” and their children, Aspen, Zane, and Chloe; his best friend Jeremy “J2”; his grandparents Merlin and Gail.
Jeremy grew up most of his life in the Denver, Littleton area, and was a graduate from Columbine High School. He had a passion for art and at one time wanted to get an art degree, but decided that he wanted to help people more. He went to Red Rocks Community College and obtained a degree to become a Medical Assistant. After graduating, he became fully employed and worked directly under Physicians that knew him well. He would develop friendships with “his patients”, he was selfless, putting others before himself. He mourned deeply when some of them passed away. Jeremy had a genuine heart and cared a lot for others, he was filled with compassion.
Jeremy developed medical complications due to alcoholism, which eventually took his life. But during his life is remembered for all of the many lives he touched. He will sorely be missed by everyone, but he is finally at peace with our heavenly Father above.
