Jeremiah Carlson, 2, of Terre Haute passed away March 7, 2016. He was born on October 14, 2013 in Terre Haute, Indiana to William Hawkins Jr. and Chelsea R. Carlson. Jeremiah loved playing outside, running around, and being read to. He was a very special little boy. Jeremiah was taken away too soon. He was a blessing and was deeply loved. Jeremiah will be sadly missed by all whose lives he touched. He is survived by his mother Chelsea Carlson; father William Hawkins Jr.; grandparents Charles Carlson Jr. and Victoria Carlson; brother Isaiah Perez; sister Calleigh; aunt Jessica Miller; and cousins Antonio, Jasean, and Andrece.
